Me and my friend came here on a Sunday afternoon after realising that a lot of the places in Clifton village are extortionate
when you're trying to have a simple Sunday roast. We stumbled upon a Groupon voucher which meant we could get two roast dinners
for £15- a bargain in this area! Even so, without the voucher the meals were all under a tenner. The food was excellent, really
homely and tasty, with large portions. An absolutely fabulous Sunday lunch! The staff were really friendly and were happy to chat to you.
This wine bar is tucked away and centrally located on the main road leading up to Clifton Village. The Tardis-like ground floor interior
is contemporary and unexpectedly spacious. At the back it offers both a shaded and sunny court yard garden area which is a bonus on a Summer's day.
This place has huge potential considering its exceptional size, garden and location. We liked the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Classic, homemade pub food is served daily. The pies, burgers and Sunday lunches are extremely popular and tapas and
a lunchtime menu are available for those wanting a light snack. Clifton Wine Bar is also one of the best places to watch live sport in Clifton.
There are 7 screens with BT Sport for Premier League Football and the Aviva Premiership Rugby and Sky Sports has also been installed
to make sure all the Autumn International Rugby games can be shown too!
